Cancellations and refunds
Cancel anytime. Here's when you get money back.
Draft. This summarises Section 6 of the terms, which decide if the two ever differ.
Cancelling
- An admin can cancel from the billing settings, or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your wiki stays fully available until the end of the period you've paid for.
- After that, it stays read-only for 30 days so you can export everything, or pick up again by paying. Then we delete it.
Monthly plans
No refunds or part-month credits. You keep the wiki until the end of the month you paid for.
Yearly plans
Cancel within 30 days of a yearly charge, first purchase or renewal, and we refund the whole months you haven't started. The month you cancel in counts as started. After those 30 days, the year runs to its end.
Founding customers
If your order confirmation names you as a founding customer:
- We charge nothing until we've moved your content and you've approved the result in writing, for example by email.
- For 30 days after that first charge, you can cancel and get all of it back, on a monthly or a yearly plan. No reason needed.
- After that, the usual monthly and yearly rules apply.
When we refund anyway
If we end the service for you or close it, if you leave because we broke the terms, or if you leave after objecting to a new subprocessor, we refund the prepaid time you haven't used.
Who charges you
Link, a Stripe service, sells you the subscription as reseller and merchant of record, and works out and collects any sales tax or VAT at checkout. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* TABLEWIDE.
Refunds the terms guarantee are issued without a back-and-forth. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
