Confluence migration, done for you
Send us a Confluence export. We rebuild it page by page in the wiki you choose, check every page's links, images, attachments and macros against the original, and hand it over with a short report of anything that didn't carry across.
Who it's for
- Data Center and Server teams. Atlassian ends Data Center in March 2029, so every space has to move somewhere. What the end of life means.
- Cloud teams leaving per-seat pricing who don't want to spend a month copying pages by hand.
- Teams moving to an open-source wiki they run themselves, who want the content moved properly instead of pasted.
Where we can move you
- A wiki hosted by Tablewide. We do the move for free and run the wiki for you. Founding teams also get 40% off their first year. See the founding offer.
- Your own self-hosted Docmost or BookStack. We hand you a checked import that you load yourself, for a fixed price. We never need access to your servers.
- Somewhere else? Tell us where. We'll say plainly whether we can do it well before you send anything.
How it works
- Tell us about your Confluence with the form below: roughly how many pages, which version, and where you want to go. We reply with what we can move and, if you're not moving to a Tablewide wiki, a fixed quote.
- Send an export through a private upload link we email you. You don't give us a Confluence login. How to export a space.
- Check a preview. We move everything into a preview, compare each page with the original, and send you the preview and a report.
- Approve it. We fix anything you flag, then hand over the finished wiki or import.
What moves, and what doesn't
- Moves: the page tree, text and formatting, tables, images and attachments, links between pages, info and warning panels, expand sections, task lists, code blocks and draw.io diagrams.
- Doesn't move: comments, page history, page permissions, and original authors and dates. Confluence leaves these out of its exports.
- Moves only in part: Jira macros become their issue key or query, mentions show a username or "unknown user", Gliffy diagrams and very old wiki-markup pages come over as images or plain text, and links to spaces you aren't moving keep pointing at Confluence. On some wikis, links to a heading land on the page instead. The report lists every one.
- Self-hosting? Files over 50 MB need your wiki's upload limit raised, and very large spaces arrive as a few import files.
Price
Moving to a Tablewide hosted wiki? The move is free with any plan. Moving anywhere else, each job gets a fixed price based on how many pages and attachments you have. You'll know it, and what it covers, before you send an export.
Your data
Exports and previews are stored in the United States. A preview and its export are deleted 7 days after the preview is made, or up to 30 days if we agree an extension in writing. If you go ahead, we delete the export within 30 days after the move is finished, and backup copies roll off within 30 days after that. Your Confluence is never touched. Security and data.
The move is done by AI agents (Anthropic's Claude) supervised by a person, who see your content only for this job. Ask and we'll do it without AI access to your content, which takes longer. Subprocessors.
