Per-user prices, billed monthly
| Users | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 100 | $6.70 → $7.15 | $13.20 → $14.10 |
| 101 to 250 | $5.10 → $5.45 | $9.55 → $10.20 |
| 251 to 1,000 | $3.80 → $4.05 | $7.60 → $8.15 |
Price per user a month, now → from October 13. Monthly pricing is progressive: the first 100 users are always at the 1 to 100 price. The Free plan, for up to 10 users, isn't among the plans Atlassian lists as changing (Atlassian's FAQ).
A year of Confluence Standard, billed monthly
For teams of up to 100 users, where one per-user price applies to everyone.
| Users | Now | From Oct 13 | Extra a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 | $1,206 | $1,287 | $81 |
| 25 | $2,010 | $2,145 | $135 |
| 50 | $4,020 | $4,290 | $270 |
| 100 | $8,040 | $8,580 | $540 |
The rise on its own is modest. What adds up is that the bill grows with every person you hire, and the price per person keeps moving: Atlassian also raised Cloud prices in October 2024 and October 2025, according to its partner Empyra.
Ways to pay less
- Check yearly billing for your exact headcount. Yearly plans are priced in fixed user tiers, and Atlassian says they can save "up to 2 months" depending on the number of users. At the new prices, near the top of a tier they do: 50 Standard users pay $3,600 a year against $4,290 billed monthly. In the middle of a tier they can cost more: 40 users also pay the 50-user price of $3,600, against $3,432 billed monthly. At the old yearly price, though, 40 users pay $3,350, which is why a quote before October 13 can still be worth it.
- Get a yearly quote before October 13. Atlassian honors the old price on a quote generated before October 13 until the quote expires. Monthly customers can ask for a yearly quote before October 13, but must pay before it expires, and it can't be extended past November 11, 2026. Existing yearly customers can only buy a renewal within 90 days of their renewal date. Without a quote, monthly bills and yearly auto-renewals billed on or after October 13 use the new prices (Atlassian's FAQ).
- Remove people who don't use it. Every licensed user counts toward the bill, so a cleanup of leavers and occasional readers pays for itself.
- Price a flat-rate wiki. If your team mostly writes and reads pages, and doesn't depend on Jira links or Marketplace apps, a wiki with one price for the whole company stops the bill from tracking headcount.
